Let us provide the best beef you can trust. Our cattle are raised with care producing delicious, nutritious pasture-raised beef. This contains our lean 85/15 Black Angus Beef individually wrapped for your convenience. The quality beef is shipped frozen to your door. 

Your typical quarter of beef order contains the following cuts, though numbers could vary based on finished weight of animal.

• 30-50 lbs of 1lb rolls.
• 5 T-Bone Steaks (1" cut)
• (2) 1lb Stew Meat
• 1 Sirloin Tip Roast (2-4lb)
• 3 Sirloin  Steaks (1" cut)
• 2 Short Ribs (2-4lb)
• 1-2 Rump Roasts (2-4lbs)
• 4 Cube Steaks (1lbs)
• 4 Ribeyes or Rib Steaks (1"cut)
• 3-4 Chuck Roast (2-4lbs)
• 1 Briskets (2-4lbs)
• 1 Arm Roast (2-4lbs)

Your beef box will be shipped with the dry ice and or ice packs. We partner with UPS for the best shipping options.

Packaging- Using insulated boxes, all cuts are vacuum sealed and labeled for easy delivery and storage.
